Frequently asked questions
can i have the unedited RAW images? or edit them myself?
No, sorry. I do not hand over unedited images as it's handing over unfinished work. I do a lot of the corrections that are essential when working with raw files. An instagram filter just doesn't cut it in my opinion.
do i have to order prints through you?
No, however I do recommend going through a reputable photo lab to ensure quality of photos.
when can i expect to receive my photos?
You will receive your private online gallery link with all your photos between 2-4 weeks. I do like to send out sneak peaks first though.
What do I wear to our session? Do I groom my pets?
Style is an important part to have organised for your session. I want to make sure you feel comfortable in the clothing that you choose. We can go through this in more detail prior to your photoshoot or you can contact me for some recommendations.
As long as your pet is clean, no other special requirements are required unless you want to have your pet groomed before your shoot.
what kind of gear do you use?
My current camera is a Nikon Z8 full frame mirrorless and my backup camera is a Nikon Z6. I shoot with Z mounted lenses, usually my to go lens is my 70-200mm F2.8.
Can i share my photos on social media?
Yes, of course, if you have purchased a photoshoot or images from me and received your gallery, you are free to put these on social media, however, please credit me as the photographer.
